Hi Jonathan,

I want to thank you, Rob, and the crew for excellent service, on New Year's Eve no less! We were originally scheduled a week earlier, but your company accommodated our changes in stride and set it up for the 31st.

Our move went smoothly and the crew worked hard to get us done in one day, when two were actually scheduled. We had some special issues with our small elevators, but your crew just dealt with that and made use of the stairs also (we were on the 3rd floor).

We had so many other issues complicating this move that it was great to end it with competent and courteous movers.

Thanks for getting our 1st day in our new facility off to right start. Take care.
